Delete your Moveit account

The fastest way is inside the app. In this version your account, Messages, and payment records are stored on your device, so deleting from Settings removes them.

In the app (recommended)

Open Moveit and sign in
Open Settings
Tap Delete account & data
Confirm. This clears your local Moveit data on this device (account, profile, Messages, listings, payment records, preferences) and signs you out

Without the app

Uninstalling Moveit or clearing its storage in Android settings also removes the data stored on your device.
If you want us to delete anything else we may hold about you, email support@moveit.app with the subject Moveit account deletion and the email address you used in the app. We will confirm and reply within a reasonable period.

What is deleted

On your device: account, profile, listings, offers, Messages, handoff photos stored by the app, payment records, preferences, and sign-in session.
Moveit does not collect card numbers, so there is no card data to delete.
Copies of Messages or photos you sent to another user for a shipment are on that user’s device and are not removed by your deletion.
