Moveit provides software tools for listings, maps, Offers, Messages, Trip updates, handoff photos, and ratings. Delivery is arranged between Sender and Traveler. Moveit does not provide delivery or transportation, does not employ Travelers, and does not guarantee matches, pricing, timing, or delivery outcomes.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not share your account. Travelers must hold any license and legally operable vehicle that their trip requires.
A Sender posts a Package with a pickup and a drop-off. A Traveler already making that trip can send an Offer. Senders choose which Offer to accept. Choosing a role does not create employment with Moveit. Travelers are responsible for their own vehicle, licenses, taxes, and insurance. You are responsible for your own insurance. Moveit does not sell or provide insurance.
Ship only items that are legal to carry and follow local law. No illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, stolen or counterfeit goods, or anything else illegal to transport. No fraud, harassment, falsified photos or status updates, or misuse of location or Messages. We may remove listings or accounts that break these Terms or the law.
Amounts are agreed between Sender and Traveler. In this version, the agreed amount is kept in the app as a record (Payment held) on your device. The app does not charge a card and does not collect card numbers. Membership starts with a free month and requires no card. This version has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions billed through Google Play. Any coverage figure shown in the app is an estimate only, not an insurance policy.
Location is used only while the app is in use and after you allow it. Photos are those you choose to attach. Messages are for arranging a shipment; do not share unnecessary sensitive information.
Moveit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, Moveit does not warrant uninterrupted service, successful matches, or that Packages will arrive undamaged or on time, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the value of a Package. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid Moveit in the prior three months or US $50, except where law does not allow this limit.
You can stop using Moveit and delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete account & data. See account deletion. We may suspend access for violations or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version in the app and on this page. Material changes may require you to accept the new version before continuing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless mandatory consumer protections where you live provide otherwise. Contact us first at support@moveit.app to resolve a dispute informally. See also the Privacy Policy.
